Smruthy is a psychologist with a passion for simplifying the idea of mental health. She has extensive experience working with children, adolescents and adults, both in India and in Melbourne.  Committed to intersectionality and collaboration, she uses a trauma-informed, culturally responsive and person-centred practice framework.

ERICA CHOW

New Vision Psychology.

Erica Chow is a registered Psychologist based in Sydney and currently works in a private practice that services multicultural communities. Her special areas of interest in treatment include mood and anxiety disorders, including social anxiety disorder. She also has a passion for supporting individuals across the lifespan living with cognitive and physical disabilities.

ANUSHKA PHAL

Umeed Psychology.

Anushka is a general psychologist in Melbourne with a strong passion for cultural and Educational & Developmental Psychology. She is a school psychologist, and runs her own private practice that aims to support Asian Australians and Pacific Islanders. She also co-founded the Shore Project Podcast which explores migrant experiences and challenges.

CHRIS TRAN

Chris is a personal coach and psychologist with 14 years' experience. He focuses on supporting people who have grown up in immigrant families, Australia-wide. He believes that us first-generation Australians can improve our emotional wellbeing, be better equipped to deal with the people in our lives and achieve more of what we want in life.
