  • Changed your contact details, logo, photo or place of practice? You can contact us via email at any time during your membership with us and we will make any amendments to your listing within 3 business days.
  • Marcus (Programs Lead) and Asami (founder/director) are here to support you and ensure that your experience with us is a positive one. Reach out to with any questions, concerns or, our favourite, just to say hello!
  • Canceling your membership is a simple process that involves logging into your account on our website and clicking "cancel".

💡Terms:

  • You must be a registered mental health practitioner.
    • Definition: You must be a paying and current member of your relevant professional board/body/organisation, and this board/body/organisation must have a clear accreditation process, code of ethics and regulation pathway.
  • Your details will be listed within 3 business days of receiving your practitioner listing details (this form will be emailed once you process payment)
  • Your payment covers a 90 day free trial period. 
  • To avoid any fees, you must cancel your membership before your free trial period expires, as outlined in our no refund policy.
  • This is an annual fee and you will be charged automatically 12 months after your first payment (following your free 90 day trial)
  • Shapes and Sounds reserves the right to amend these terms to better serve our community
