Terms.

By listing your services on the Asian Australian mental health practitioner list, you are agreeing to the terms below.

This agreement ("Agreement") is made between Shapes and Sounds Pty Ltd ("Organisation") and the mental health practitioner ("Practitioner").

  1. Purpose: The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions under which the Practitioner will join the Asian Australian Mental Health Practitioner List (the "List").

  2. Membership: By joining the List, the Practitioner agrees to comply with the rules and guidelines set forth by the Organisation.

  3. Malpractice: The Practitioner understands that the Organisation takes the issue of malpractice seriously and that any allegations of malpractice will be thoroughly investigated.

  4. Notification: The Practitioner agrees to promptly notify the Organisation in writing of any change in their registration, certification, or license status or any other changes that may affect their eligibility to remain on the List.

  5. Cancellation: The Practitioner agrees to being charged at the completion of their 90 day free trial period. Following any change of mind cancellations following this 90 day period, please refer to our No Refund Policy.

  6. Termination: The Organisation reserves the right to terminate the Practitioner's membership in the List at any time if it receives news of malpractice, or if the Practitioner violates any of the rules or guidelines of the Organisation.

  7. Release: The Practitioner agrees to release and hold harmless the Organisation, its officers, directors, and agents from any liability arising out of or in connection with any action taken by the Organisation under this Agreement.

  8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures established by the Organisation.

  9. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Organisation and the Practitioner and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties with respect to the subject matter of this Agreement.

By joining the List as a paying member, the Practitioner acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

Shapes and Sounds reserves the right to adjust these terms at any time without notice to best serve our community.
