Thank you for choosing Shapes and Sounds to support you on your mental health journey and/or in your work in mental health. We’re a small social enterprise that works to provide culturally-responsive mental health support to the Asian Australian community. We operate on minimal resources and we thank you for your understanding in needing to create boundaries that support our financial sustainability.

To ensure transparency and set clear expectations, we have implemented a No Refund Policy, which outlines the terms and conditions regarding any refunds for our programs or courses. Please read the following policy carefully:

  1. Membership, Program or Course Enrolment: a. By enrolling in our memberships, programs or courses, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our No Refund Policy. b. Enrolment in a membership, program or course is considered complete once payment has been successfully processed.
  2. Non-Transferability: a. Membership, program or course enrolments are non-transferable. The membership, program or course you enrol in is strictly for your personal use and cannot be transferred or assigned to another individual.
  3. Program or Course Access: a. Upon successful enrolment and payment, you will be granted access to the membership, program or course materials and resources for the duration specified in the relevant description. b. Access to the membership, program or course will be available immediately or as specified in the relevant description.
  4. No Refund Policy: a. All payments made for our memberships, programs or courses are non-refundable. This includes program fees, course fees, subscription fees, and any other charges related to the membership, program or course. b. We do not provide refunds or credits for partially completed courses, missing your free trial expiry date, change of mind, change of your schedule, or for any other reason.
  5. Memberships, Programs and Courses with a Free Trial Period:
    1. Some of the programs or courses we offer, like the Asian Australian Mental Health Practitioner List include a free trial period. In this instance, you can cancel at any time during your free trial period and you will not be charged.
    2. We do not provide refunds or credits if you miss your free trial expiry date. Therefore, it is your responsibility to confirm any respective dates and cancel your free trial period before your trial expires.
  6. Exceptional Circumstances: a. In rare cases of unforeseen circumstances, such as technical issues or material discrepancies, we will assess and address the situation on a case-by-case basis. b. If we determine that a refund is appropriate due to exceptional circumstances, it will be provided at our discretion.
  7. Contact and Support: a. If you encounter any technical issues or have questions regarding the membership, program or course, please contact us via email at [email protected]. b. Our support team will assist you in resolving any technical difficulties or answering course-related queries.

By enrolling in our memberships, programs or courses, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this No Refund Policy. We recommend reviewing this policy before making a purchase decision.

Please note that this policy is subject to change at our discretion. Any updates or modifications to the No Refund Policy will be communicated to enrolled participants through appropriate channels.
