August: Podcast and creative arts therapy update
Hi {{ first_name }},
We're just in the midst of wrapping up recording season 4 of the Asian Mental Health podcast and this season, we were joined by some of the incredible therapists from our Asian mental health practitioner list. They shared a lot about how they've communicated with their parents over the years, to taking medication for their mental health, to coming out to their conservative parents too... I can't wait for you to hear it all!
You'll get to hear/watch the season from October 10th onwards, so please make sure you hit "follow" on Apple, Spotify or Youtube so that you'll be notified straight away!
After our recording season, we'll be zooming back in on our Creative Arts Therapy program, "Creative Community Care": which is scheduled to run on September 16th so if you are, or know an international student from Asia, please do check out the program here.
