July: Events to keep the Winter blues away.

Hello there!

I've been in a monotonous Wintery cycle of: wake up, run, eat protein, walk my dog, work, sleep as early as possible, and repeat. Over and over again. There's really nothing "externally exciting" to report on this month, but for me, I absolutely love this routine and the consistency it brings has been highly beneficial for my mental wellbeing. That for me, is exciting haha.

In the depths of Winter, what's been helpful for you?

If what you're seeking is some connection or external stimulus, know that there are lots of community events happening this month!

Check them out below and stay warm!

❤️ Asami (from cold Melbourne)
