May 6th: The Asian Mental Health podcast is back!
Hi there!
I've just returned from a month-long holiday and in all honestly, I'm desperately trying to manage my post-holiday blues.
BUT, one thing that's keeping bringing joy to my life is the return of the Asian Mental Health podcast on Tuesday May 6th.
We're up to season 3 of our podcast and this time around, we're spending all 8 episodes talking about WORK alongside some incredible guests (scroll down for the preview!)
In preparation for the new season, we'd love if you could support us by heading over to Spotify here and clicking "follow". And if you've already done so (thank you), please share the podcast with one friend who you think might enjoy it!
I hope season 3 provides you with some supportive perspectives to help you care for your mental health at work, look forward to hearing how you find it!
