October 10th: The Asian Mental Health podcast returns!
Hello there!
Season 4 of the Asian Mental Health podcast is back this month, on Friday October 10th!🎉
This season, we invited therapists from the Asian Mental Health Practitioner List to talk about their own mental health challenges and how they navigated them to get to where they are today.
We hope that their stories will help normalise mental health conversations in our communities and that you'll learn actionable strategies that you can try straight away too.
For now though, please could you subscribe or follow us on your favourite streaming platform so that you'll be the first to listen to each new episode as they're released?
Here's where you can find us:

This is the last season of the Asian Mental Health podcast (well, we're trying to find more funding - fingers crossed), so we hope that you love the season just as much as we loved putting it all together!
