September: free resources to support you
Hi {{ first_name }},
As we gently move into Spring, there are two things that I'd love to share with you!
Firstly, we've started compiling free, downloadable PDF's on topics that we feel are really important in the context of Asian mental health.
The first one's all about how to find a culturally-responsive therapist and the second is about "dissonant acculturation" which talks to the cultural gaps that might emerge between migrant parents and their diaspora children.
We'll be creating more in line with our upcoming Asian mental health podcast season release (October 10th) so please feel free to check out the first few PDF's here!
Secondly, we're excited to run our next session of Creative Community Care, for international students from Asia. This one off session is all about helping you to boost your exam confidence using music and art therapy principles. It's free to join on September 16th so please sign up quick!
