Hear from people that we've supported:
Shapes and Sounds has been an effective support for my mental health because it shares Asian Australian experiences of mental health in a safe space with no judgement. Coming from a South Asian background, I've found the community to be uplifting and full of knowledge and advice.
Being Asian-Australian is a difficult terrain to navigate but this program and the community I found here has helped me feel more grounded and orientated in my journey. It was very well-facilitated and the sense of community I found here is something I hope to carry on in the future.
The team creates such an inclusive, warm space that can truly bring people together in their journeys to meet each other where we are and to reflect, inspire and share what we feel comfortable. Please consider joining the program today!
Through this intensive program, you'll get to "know yourself" through four jam-packed modules:
What you'll learn
All our modules include a PDF workbook that you can work through and keep as a reference, plus we'll go through each module's content in our live zoom calls so that you can ask questions and learn in real time!
Know your history:
Gain context and a deep understanding to your current experiences
Know your boundaries:
Then learn how to set and maintain them to protect your peace
Know your triggers:
So that you can identify, regulate and respond in the way that honours you.
Know your limiting beliefs:
Work out how to overcome them and perhaps, just let them go.
With thanks to our partner

You might be wondering why you need to join a community...
Knowing yourself is one thing, but knowing yourself in the context of others is what really reveals to us where our triggers lie hidden and where we need to develop our boundaries. Additionally, when you find the right community, you'll notice that you feel deeply validated in your experiences and you'll even notice that your world expands!
