Panel: Asian Australian Mental Health in Action.

This October, for Mental Health Month, Shapes and Sounds is partnering with Knox City Council! Wherever you reside, join us as we get practical in this important conversation about culture, race and mental health.

Hear from three Asian Australian leaders in mental health from across Australia who'll share reflections from their work and insights from their personal mental health journeys.

They'll provide ideas, tips and strategies about how you can meaningfully check in with yourself and your parents to improve wellbeing.

You'll walk away feeling validated, inspired and resourced to help you not only cope but thrive as we emerge from this period of uncertainty!
