The Asian Mental Health Podcast Guest Agreement

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Shapes and Sounds Pty Ltd (“Organisation”) and the podcast guest (“Guest”).

1. Purpose
This Agreement sets the terms under which the Guest participates in podcast recordings produced by the Organisation.

2. Recording and Media Consent
By participating, the Guest grants the Organisation a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, revocable licence to record, use, reproduce, distribute, edit, and publicly display their name, voice, likeness, biography, and content from the interview in all media formats, including:

• Podcast platforms

• Website

• Social media

• Promotional materials

• Email campaigns

• Future publications or broadcasts

3. Digital Media Risks and AI Disclaimer
The Guest acknowledges that once content is published, it may be:

• Downloaded, shared, or modified by third parties

• Altered using Artificial Intelligence (AI), including deepfakes or automated editing tools

While the Organisation takes reasonable steps to protect the content, it cannot prevent unauthorised alterations by others. The Guest waives any claim against the Organisation for third-party misuse, including AI alterations.

4. Takedown Requests
If the Guest wishes for their episode or content to be removed, they may contact the Organisation in writing. The Organisation will:

• Acknowledge the request within 2 business days

• Remove the episode where reasonably possible within 5 business days

5. Limitation of Liability
The Organisation is not liable for:

• Loss, damage, or harm resulting from unauthorised use, editing, or distribution of the Guest’s recorded content

• Any third-party AI-generated misuse of the Guest’s likeness or media

6. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of Australia.

7. Acknowledgement
By participating, the Guest confirms they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to its terms.
