November: Mental health resources for you 💛
Hello there!
When it comes to mental health in the Asian community, research shows that people of Asian identity often have lower mental health literacy than other groups.
On one hand, we agree... learning more about mental health benefits everyone.
But on the other, it can feel like our community is once again framed as "lacking", when the real question is: are current mental health resources actually relevant to us?
It’s a complex issue with no quick fix.
To help move the conversation forward, we’ve started creating free, culturally relevant mental health fact sheets specifically for the Asian community.
This month’s resource explores internalised racism, inspired by our reflective conversation with counsellor Jackie Ha on the Asian Mental Health Podcast.
👉 Read the full fact sheet here.
These fact sheets aim to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and offer practical insights for your wellbeing. They’re all free on our website so keep an eye out as we're currently sharing one new resource per week!
